Established in 1990, the manufacturing facility has become one of the largest and most professional OEM/ODM production bases for detergent in China. Over the past 30 years, continuous development has led to an expansive operation covering more than 100,000 square meters.
The facility utilizes world-advanced synthetic detergent production equipment, including two sets of high tower spray-dried production lines and eight sets of liquid detergent production lines. To ensure consistency, the plant operates its own Sodium Sulphate and Sulfonic acid Sulfonation devices, which are key raw materials for high-quality detergent.
Currently, the operation features 6 sets of leading standard automatic packaging lines, capable of producing SKU sizes ranging from 100g to 5000g. Additionally, over 50 sets of independent automatic pouch packing lines produce smaller SKUs from 15g to 135g.
Advanced vertical box packing equipment imported from Italy and high-speed online molding filling lines from Spain ensure maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness. With top-tier plastic printing lines, we provide a variety of packaging materials including BOPP, PET, and PA to meet 90% of global market requirements.
Quality is our lifeline. Having passed the ISO9000 international quality management system in 2000, we maintain a complete quality control system from raw materials to finished goods. Our independent R&D center, staffed by 12 senior researchers and 50 technicians, ensures constant innovation.
