Yes! The products on our site are examples of our work. We specialize in custom designs—simply send us a sketch or reference image, and we'll create a unique plush product for you.
How much does a sample cost and what is the lead time?
Standard samples typically cost $100–$300 depending on complexity. Turnaround is roughly 5–8 business days for the first sample, and 3–5 business days for revisions.
Is the sample fee refundable?
For long-term partners, sample fees are waived. For new clients, if your order exceeds 3,000 units and the sample fee was under $300, we provide a full refund of the sample cost.
What payment terms do you accept?
Standard terms are 30% T/T deposit after confirmation, with the balance due before shipping. Small orders may require full payment upfront or a 50% deposit.
